How to Use #22 Stainless Steel 3/4″ Grinder Plate with Hub makes an extremely coarse grind. Primarily used by meat processors. As a first grind for large amount of meat. Also used for very coarse ham sausages like Krakowska. Maintenance Hand wash the #22 Stainless Steel 3/4″ Grinder Plate with Hub with soap and water. Air or towel dry. We recommend dipping the plate into mineral oil to prevent rust.
